From Jack and Gary's ceremonial opening tee off without Arnold through Sergio Garcia's dramatic playoff win, this was a Masters to remember!
With exactly 400 entrants, it was also our largest Majors Pool field so far. Thank you to everyone who entered and made it such a success. We hope that you are enjoying it as much as we are.
Congratulations go to 2017 Masters Pool champion Dave Dolliver and also to runner up Michelle Draper. Dave's foursome of Sergio Garcia, Jordan Speith, Hideki Matsuyama and Justin Rose walked away with a three stroke victory, while Michelle's team (Rory McIlroy, Paul Casey, Jordan Speith, Justin Rose) was good for second place honours.
Unfortunately, for a full 75% of you, the pool ended when Dustin Johnson decided to fall down the stairs on the eve of the first round. In addition to dashing hopes, Dustin's tumble serves as a good reminder. If you change your mind on any of your picks, you can update them by submitting a second entry. A handful of you updated your entries when the news broke on Wednesday just ahead of the midnight deadline.
Also, remember that EVERYONE who entered is still eligible for our 2017 Grand Prize, even if a missed cut or DNF eliminated you from the Masters Pool. Just enter all four Majors Pools in 2017 to qualify. There are three Majors to go (as well as our Bonus Canadian Open Pool). Coming up next is the U.S. Open at Erin Hills Golf Course in Erin, Wisconsin. Entries will be accepted from June 1st through 14th.
