TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley offers a range of instruction options to help get the most out of your golf experience. Whether you’re seeking a coach to take your game to the next level or want to add a group clinic to your event, we’ve got a range of options for everyone.

BRAEDEN CRYDERMAN
DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION

Growing up in Muskoka, Braeden was surrounded by some of the greatest courses in the country and discovered a passion for golf at an early age. After high school, he pursued a college career in Division 1 golf at UNC Charlotte, where he was a first team all-conference player.

Braeden competed as a member of PGA TOUR Canada in 2014 and won on two Mini Tours in the U.S. before injury issues turned his focus towards a new passion: coaching.

With his playing experience and unique injury history, Braeden has focused on building a fact-driven approach to golf instruction and is certified with Bull3D Motion Capture Technology, developed by renowned golf consultant Mark Bull, PhD.

Recently, Braeden served as the Director of Instruction at Bigwin Island Golf Club, worked with multiple Korn Ferry Tour, PGA TOUR Canada and PGA TOUR Latinoamérica players and consulted with the Glen Abbey Elite Junior programs.

STAFF PROFESSIONALS

TPC Toronto features a brand-new practice facilities, including a 50,000 square foot short game area and two all-new driving range decks. Construction is also underway on a new state-of-the-art indoor Academy Building, including a fitness centre, three radar-equipped hitting bays and short game facilities.

ADULTS

WOMEN’S HALF DAY GOLF SCHOOLS

Women’s Half Day Golf Schools will be a fun and social learning environment. In these schools, we will go over the fundamentals of the full swing, putting, and chipping. You will leave with the understanding of how to improve these aspects of the game when you play or practice on your own. All skill levels are welcome! Each player will also receive an individual video analysis of their swing.

MOTHER DAUGHTER LEARN-TO-PLAY SERIES

The mother/daughter clinic series is a great way for mothers and daughters to connect while learning to play the game. This will be four separate days of one-hour clinics for beginner to intermediate golfers to get them feeling comfortable to play a round. This clinic has a nine-hole green fee included for players to use after the completion series.

LADIES’ NIGHT OUT CLINICS

Weekly Ladies’ Night Out Clinics are a fun and casual learning environment, with each session focusing on one specific area of the game. You will leave these clinics with good fundamentals on the area of the game that we cover and the tools to practice on your own.

Time: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. (Session One), 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. (Session Two)

GOLF SCHOOLS WITH TYLER MCGHIE

Conducted alongside renowned instructor Tyler McGhie, These golf schools are for players who are looking to take their games to the next level. Braeden and Tyler both have experience working with all levels of players, including multiple PGA TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour members, to aspiring amateurs looking to improve their handicaps.

Golf Schools include: Dynamic warm-up, swing drills, short game fundamentals and instruction, lunch, bunker fundamentals and instruction, putting fundamentals and instruction, wedge practice, Q&A, individual swing analysis and more.

FULL DAY CAMPS

Junior camps will be a fun way for young players to learn the fundamentals of the game. They will learn the building blocks to slowly develop the skills to play golf for many years to come and build long-lasting golf friendships in the process.

Ages: 7-14

JUNIOR NIGHTS

Junior nights are a great way to introduce new players to the game in a fun learning environment. Each week the instructors will go over different fundamentals of the game in a fun way so players slowly get similar with different aspects of the game.

  • Golf Shoes or comfortable running shoes. Please dress for the weather as lessons will be done outdoors.

  • Golf clubs and golf balls will be included for use in all the lessons. If you have your own clubs, it is recommended that you bring them to the lesson. For those who don’t have their own clubs they will be provided by your instructor free of charge.

  • Participants should bring a hat, sunscreen, water bottle.

  • Lessons/camps will be held rain or shine. If any reason the class must be cancelled, the Golf Pro in charge will call parent at least two hours prior to the start time.

  • Prior to the beginning of your golf school, the instructor will contact you to provide details about where to meet and what to bring to the first class.

  • The programs are designed for all skill level, no prior golf experience is needed.
